All tickets sold are sold at a premium above the original face value of the ticket.
We always buy tickets above the face value of the ticket from third and sometimes forth parties therefore we can not sell tickets at face value. Premier Tickets reserves the right to cancel any booking and we will refund full payment in the event of being unable to obtain the tickets booked by the client. We do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred in the event of us refunding monies and cancellation of bookings.Images used are for illustrational and informational purposes only.Premier Tickets are a resale marketplace and is not a box office or venue.
In order to purchase a ticket from our website you choose a ticket from our listings and when you have found the ticket(s) you want at the right price you click to purchase that ticket. You then enter and confirm your credit card information and confirm to purchase that ticket. Event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market where prices may change at any time. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
100% full payment must be received and verified by us in order to guarantee that a ticket purchase transaction has occured. We accept credit cards as a method of payment. All payments will be taken in Euro and your credit card will be charged by Premier Tickets. Ticket prices are guaranteed only when an order is placed and payment is processed.
A confirmation email receipt will be issued upon placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation please phone us at 01 6877700 to request another confirmation email. We are not responsible for any internet connection errors experienced while making an online booking. If you have not received an order confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact our office to verify your online booking.
Cancellation/Re-scheduling of Events
Events are sometimes postponed or cancelled completely. Event dates and times that are printed on the tickets are usually subject to change. Please ensure to check the promoters website for updates on rescheduled events; It is important that you check with the event venue to ensure that you arrive at the correct time and on the correct date. If an event is re-scheduled the tickets will often be valid for the new date. All tickets purchased on our website are final and no refund or exchanges will be given unless the event is cancelled entirely and the original event organisers offers buyers a refund for their tickets. If this occurs we will refund only the "face value" of the tickets purchased.
Tickets purchased can only be guaranteed in pairs but if the number of tickets purchased exceeds this we will do our best to ensure that seats are positioned as close together as possible.
Delivery/Collection of Tickets
Alternatively for the standard An Post charge we can dispatch your tickets using An Post delivery postal service. It is your responsibility to provide us with a safe and secure delivery point and also to be contactable by email or telephone up until the time of the event. We will not be liable for any incomplete address, returned deliveries or missing mail. For telephone orders it is your responsibility to review the confirmation email ensuring that all details are correct.
The contract of purchase is not completed until the tickets are dispatched. We will dispatch the tickets to you as soon as possible. Once tickets have been delivered to you it is your responsility to immediately check the tickets. If there are any discrepancies between the tickets received and what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours. Please note in circumstances where you report a discrepancy thereafter we are unable to amend the tickets and you will by default accept the delivered tickets as valid.
Tickets will be delivered to you as soon as possible but they are often released by the promoters only shortly before the event. We attempt to ensure that all deliveries are made within 3-4 days of the event but in rare circumstances tickets may be delivered later and we may require you to collect them from our City Centre office or from a Premier Tickets representative at the venue.

The charges pay for our credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, distribution network, the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labour and all other costs associated with the ticket transaction.
